- I have worked in food service for 8 years and obtained every position outside of managerial responsibilitis. These include food service, food preparation, cook, cashier, trainer and host.
- I am an ECG technician within the cardiology department at West Virginia University Hospitals.
Non-paid
- I volunteer regularly at local shelters preparing large scale meals for the community
- I participated in creating nutrition education pamphlets for a local organic food market
- I volunteer with a dietician at Health South rehabilitation hospital regularly
- I participated in the development of a local food guide that provides nutrition information for non-chain restaurant facilities in the Morgantown, WV area
